My vet wanted to wait until my girl was a little older to spay since she was so small, however, I noticed she was not wanting to chew her food as usual. I knew she had new teeth in and still had baby teeth. Called my vet, who said bring her on in for spay, the teeth must be bothering her and you don't want her adult teeth to get out of line.
Took her, he spay and was so surprised...she had 13 baby teeth still in.
I would call your vet and get the babies out. Hope this helps.
