I have same problem!!!

Our neighbor has 3 big dogs and they let their dogs run all over the neighborhood and they could care less

Their dogs come in our yard and dig huge holes and poop everywhere

So my husband and I was outside and dh was shoveling dirt back in the holes and I seen the neighbors outside and I told him that he has to do somethng about his dogs, that they keep coming in our yard and digging huge holes and pooping all over the place. Well you wouldn't believe his responce..... He said well, kick em' when you see them doing that

I said we don't abuse dogs and wouldn't even think about hurting one like that, I told him that was awful for him to say that. He just smiled and walked away. We have told them over and over again to keep their dogs out of our yard but it goes in one ear and out the other
