All of you guys are funny!!!

It does suck to have to put up with people like this - especially when they're holding a position like that. What's really irritating is that you know - that they KNOW - that their dog is doing it!

I think you're going to have to try to take a picture of the dog pooping and then call animal control and tell them you are worried about your little dog when the Shepard comes into your yard - unattended. (even tho you might not be)

Obviously they're not good neighbors.
