I have been a walker for 30yrs. I walk Mon-Fri most days 2mi on my
lunch hr. I also take 1200 mi fish oil, mulit vitamin for your heart,
eat healthy low fat too. I got the Lipital but am not taking it at
this time. The statins scare the life out of me. Heart problems do
not run in my family. Grandmother's both pass of heart failure
at 92 and 93. That's good enough for me.
I am not a smoker, I excercise, eat healthy, lost 20lbs last year,
however, I like white wine and drink it every night. LOL
I think that may be a problem so that's finished. Sweet N Low
also can add to your blood pressure and cholestrol count I've read.
So that's done. Switched to Stevia.
I'll have another check in 6mos. My good is very good, triclicerides
are fine, HDL is up. Have no idea why. Oh well, it is what it is.
Thanks for all the infor. I think when the fish oil is done I'm
switching to cod liver oil.
