Default So so nervous about spaying

Lorelei turns one year old in November, and we want to have her spayed. She has had one heat cycle already (around August) but she is so tiny our vet recommended we wait a few more months until she turned 1. At one year she only weighs about 2-2.5lbs. She was the runt of the litter and is really tiny. I have heard so many horror stories about tiny Yorkies not waking up from anesthesia or other complications. I am absolutely terrified at the prospect of having Lori spayed. Right now I am torn, I wouldnt mind her coming into heat as my male is already neutered and we can buy those little diapers for her, but she also has quite a few baby teeth that need to be pulled. Which I know they usually do at the same time as spaying. Does anyone have any advice for me? Or better yet know of a great vet in Indianapolis, IN that they have used before?
