 Desperate!
Has anyone tried a bark collar? I tell Starr "no barking" from the time I pick her up in the kitchen to the time I set her down outside, and the minute her feet hit the ground, she's barking. I can't tell you how aggravating it is. I don't want her to become a nuisance to the neighbors. |
