At that age, doing titers may be a good option.
However, if it was mine, I'd go ahead with probably two sets of DHPP four weeks apart, rabies on a different day (at least 2 weeks between DHPP and rabies), bordatella if needed and lepto if needed (which is a whole 'nother thread). The person who owned this dog before would have to remember what vet they took the dog to though. The vet can pull the records up unless the person gave their own shots. Even if that's the case, the vet would have had to give rabies.
