I am glad your asking questions too!!! I am sooooooooooo confused when it comes to the lenses!!!
I will tell you I only took a couple pics with the lens in the kit and put the new one on. I like to be able to zoom when the dogs are not close to me and that way I can get better shots if they don't know I'm taking the pic
But I am so so confused on the lenses. So far I love this camera tho!!! WAY better than my normal point and shoots and I thought they were great!
