This lady that has these two dogs doesn't deserve them
... I am sorry but that is how I feel!! Why on earth would you buy or adopt a dog if you don't have the means to take care of it? It makes no sence what so ever to me. I don't care if its something that she wanted... There are a lot of animals that I would love to have but I can't aford the upkeep of them, therefore I keep the ones that I can aford and pray that the rest can find a good home. I just don 't understand
WHY someone would buy an animal knowing that she wouldn't have time to be there to look after it nor have the money to take care of it. I personaly think that animal controle needs to step in and take those dogs from her... She has proved that she is not fit to have one... If she says that she doesn't want to go to the vet because its to expensive...
Then WHY have the dog in the first place UGH!!
