I thought I would share my experience with you all. I ordered from Potty Potch back in August - BEFORE I got Maxi. I wanted to train on him this right away. Well anyway, they sent me an email saying its backordered (meanwhile it didnt say that when I ordered it). I printed the order page though. So months go by and nothing, and of course I forget. So its Oct now and my mom says whatever happened to that grass thing you ordered and I couldnt believe I forgot (my fault I know). Anyway, I emailed the customer service and they didnt respond for two days, I am ready to call at this point and they email me saying that my order didnt go through because my payment failed and they just ran my card (from an August order!) and they cancelled the order. Well I tell them that is impossible because its my checking card I used so its got the money and why it took them so long to process the order and it was like I kept getting generic automated responses because I kept getting the same messages. No one picks up the CS phone line. Their lack of customer serivce is just appalling and after all these months they cancelled my order. Its unbelievable.
So I did some searching and found the Potty Park by Doggy Solutions and it looks amazing. It is a little pricey but its not cheap plastic either and the cleanup system seems easy and mess free too! I ordered and the owner of the company himself sent me an email thanking me and telling me how long it would take them to make it and even offered me another option in case I wanted it sooner and it was cheaper!! He also wrote that they will email me again with a tracking number once it was shipped, which he told me would be today. So I will let you know how it works out, but in my eyes CS is just as important as the product.
