Omg Potty Patch -- beware of the company

The product may be great (some have loved it, some have hated it), but there are posts in discussion groups ALL OVER the web that the folks selling the item display irresponsible and unethical practices. Many say they ordered and paid, but never got the item. One msg I read said that the phone-order option waits until after all else is done (credit card, etc.) before notifying that an "upgrade" for double the price is required if you have more than so many dogs or a dog over so many pounds -- catches you at a vulnerable juncture and tries to push such add-ons.

There is another brand, pretty much the same thing, called "Potty Park" or something like that, and I've seen/heard no complaints. Plus, it costs less (although I don't know about S&H.

That's all I know. Hope this helps.
