I am sorry you lost one pup but I am relieved to know mom and one baby are okay. Do not give the puppy Nutri-cal, it is not for newborn pups. They make a product call Nutri-drops that are for newborns. If you have the Nutri-drops then you can give the pup 1 drop. The best possible thing for the pup is nursing on her momma. Since momma only has one pup to feed then hopefully she will make enough for the little one to do well. The most important thing is to get momma to eat food. The pups suckling on the teats should help bring in the milk. Just make sure the teats do not get hard and impacted. You can give the momma a little of the Nutri-cal. Best of luck with your mamma and baby.
