I guess I got my hopes up for nothing once again. I found out on her website that the puppies are $1500 for males. And since we want a female, it will be even more. We just don't have the kind of money. $650 is the most we can afford to spend. And that is even more than we can really afford. I won't be able to travel 9 hours to get a puppy. My mom was only willing to go to MS because my grandparents live there and it is only a 2-hour drive. But, now when she finds out they want $1500 and up, she won't even consider going at all. She refuses to have the puppies shipped because she wants to see them first. And my mom only drives around our local area. She never drives out of state or even out of our local area. The furthest she was going to go was Picayune, MS and then my dad was going to have to drive. But, it will be out of the question now. Because of the price. Almost all the breeders won't negotiate on price. There is no way we will be able to talk her down to $650.
