Oh my goodness... that is terrible! See, I'm so naive that I believe it should happen like on animal cops, if the pups look sick or abused they confront the owners and give them a chance to get the medical attention necessary and if they don't do what's right, they take um! As I type this that song is playing in my head "Bad Boys Bad Boys, whacha gonna do when they come for you, Bad Boys...lol
