I am sorry I cannot offer you the answer to this, but I did want to say that someone will have faced this. It is upsetting when you try so hard & nothing seems to work for a while, Yorkies are like children, often they just go through a phase, then it stops.

Two of my 3 Yorkies would eat Fox poop (YUK) Now I just have Teddy and he would if we let him near it, so we make sure he can't find any, not that we let the others, it would only occur if we missed a small bit & you could bet your life THEY KNEW WHERE TO FIND IT.

Teddy also loves bird poop, so we have trained him to leave it.
