awww thanks Pam and Jodi! I am sorry it has taken so long to update everyone, but, once again I spent my day trying to save another yorkie. I really do NOT get it...seems to be every single day lately.
This one is safe for tonight...he is young..probably only about a year old..no microchip and my groomer, bless her heart, is shaving him down because he was so badly matted. The people who found him are going to take him to their vet today for shots. Sadly, if I cannot find another group to take him, he is going to end up in the shelter...BUT the good news is that it is a shelter where I know the director and they do adoptions and are very picky about who gets the pups...he will not be euthanized.
OK....ROOKIE...is out of surgery and that is all I know right now. They called me at 1:30 PM and told me that I will receive another call later on to give me more details about how the surgery went.
