I have 6 yorkies now, and, yes, sometimes it sounds like a kennel at my house. They bark at unfamiliar noises and things. They thought that big ole watermellon was gonna get them this summer!
And, Deuce, hates that "Ex-tense" commercial; you know the one; (that's for men)
They have this whistling part on the end of the commercial that drives him crazy! The silly thing will actually howls.
And when Mom or Dad come home; well its not quiet for a good 15 mins. They are jumping with joy, even is you just went to the mailbox!
You won't be sorry if you get your yorkie baby; but, beware.....I think the majority of the people on YT have more than 1; they are terribly addictive.
