I bought my Yorkie Saturday and the breeder had him on Pedigree Puppy (lamb&rice) and she told me to keep him on that until he gets use to his new environment, which he has. He is doing great. By the way, he is 9 weeks today. I bought some Iams small breed puppy Proactive Health dry food and he loves it. I have been trying to mix it in with his canned food to get his use to it but he just doesn't seem to like it mixed. He loves the Iams alone by it self as treats though. Should I just completely switch over and not worry about mixing?
