As a regular member your album space is limited, and you have to use it wisely. Donating members get a much larger allotment for album space. I noticed your album contains many fairly large pictures of your dog; you can have fewer pictures, or make them smaller. For your wallpaper album only a very small picture is necessary because YT tiles the picture, so it's easy to have lots of pictures in the wallpaper album.
Many members use a photo hosting site such as Photobucket for pictures of their dogs and other graphic comments, and just link the pictures, when they want to post a picture on someone's profile page. Here's a link to the a thread about Albums and some tips on using them.
