fever; then she has infection somewhere; use a probiotic you can get the children's one from a wholefood store or vitamin shop; that will help fight the bacteria in the gut and intestine; just in case she has colitis or ibd; and if you can find colustrum that will help boost her immune system to fight the infection; good luck
