Mine as well and thankfully those days are gone!
OP: I have a puppy here who wakes up earlier than the rest of my crew. I take her out, let her piddle, and bring her back in and she goes back to sleep. When they are young, they have less bladder control. In time, I am sure you will get to a normal sleep routine.
