Totally agree, size has nothing to do with it. It's all about socialization and time with mother teaching them. Most breeders know that when pups are relocating to their new home it is stressful, some will not eat for 24 hours. My practice was to keep them 12 weeks, smaller ones longer, I'm now holding mine a bit longer. Just to make sure they get their 3rd shot, and are completely eating well on their own.
