My girls will go to the counter and just sit looking at the treat jar at 3 p.m. waiting for either of these two easy, easy, easy treats.

Cheese rolls -
1 can of biscuits (the refrigerated kind)
1 can of Kraft macaroni dehydrated cheese (they have it at walmart)

take a biscuit or two, knead in as much of the dry cheese as you want, then pinch off little pieces and place on cookie sheet (sprayed with non stick spray - or lined with silpat sheet). Put in 350 oven and check in 5 - minutes until lightly browned (just like your biscuits) then put in zip lock bag in frig. Yep - that's it.




To DROOL for Liver treat - (I don't remember where I got this but my girls drool for them)

In a food processor put
1 pound of beef liver - and liquify it
add 1 package of cornmeal mix (Jiffy, Mrs. White's, Texas - one of those little packages)

Process until mixed. Spread in a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam as thin as you can (in my small sheet on recipie makes 2 pans)

Cook by the directions on the cornbread mix, but watch it the last 5 mins or so so it doesn't burn (it's thinner).

I cut mine in one inch pieces right out of the oven with a pizza cutter, and freeze.




This is so easy - and both of these are cheap, cheap, cheap. I think your fur kids will love them as much as my two girls do.

You can also cook the liver ones like pancakes and cut them up. Even my friends who hate liver say it's worth it to see the dogs eyes light up - and clean up is quick.
