Well he is a bit smaller then his brothers. He also rolls around alot, has a floppy head problem and has mild tremors. Granted he is only 3 weeks old but I don't think he has walked once as of yet. We don't really want to euthanize him. My wife and I would much rather help him live his life the best we can. Even if it will have a moderate amount of monetary cost.
