My dh didn't think it would work, but my little princess maltese doesn't like to go outside when it's raining to go potty, she's happier to potty inside in the same two spots...grrrr
Now that we have moved to Oklahoma with HUGE storm (which of course scare the dickens out of her and my lil GiGi starting to share in that fright), soon possibly snow and ice storms I'll be living in poo-pee all winter

. My dh seen a info-mercial on that puppy potty patch and he's been looking every where locally for it. My concern was the odor and cleaning of such a system. I was thinking about just using real sod and thought it would work fine, possibly having to replace the sod regularly, but it's worth it to me!
How long have you had the same grass growing? I don't have a lot of direct sun light to stimulate groth (that is why I thought I would have to replace it often, but then again i can maybe use some sort of grow lite).
I also thought this would be easier to help with potty training my GiGi as she refuses to use a potty pad!
I LOVE the idea of real grass!

Thank you for sharing you're idea. I figure it would be pretty easy to get a system together just by going to Home Depot...lol
