STOP doing this immediately...this will not train your little guy what so ever. You are just confusing him and possibly scaring him.
There are probably 10 million posts on YT on potty training as it is so difficult with a Yorkie. It will take a ton of work/time on your part and your pup should not have free roam of your house. You need to setup a schedule and stick to it along with walks outside. Once inside he should be put in his x-pen with piddle pads and his crate.
There are no instant fixes for this problem but with your commitment you can turn him around.
