Callie seemed to get the pooping outside thing but the peeing was a different story and she learned to scratch the back door when she wanted to go out but that was just to play and sometimes pee so we decided to get a doggie door and she had two accidents in the house after we had gotten that and that was it the two accidents she did have where right in front of the doggie door so I told her no that was bad (not yelling and I did not hit her) and then put her out the doggy door and locked for two minutes so she had to stay out and she got it after doing that two times. Everyone at my house loves the doggie door but she knew the word pee pee because before the door we would go out with her everytime and tell her to go pee pee and when she did we would say good pee pee and treat her so now right before we leave or right before bed I say Callie go pee pee and point to the door and she runs out and pee pees while I stand at the door and watch to make sure and I still tell her how good she is. Now after she goes pee pee at night she will go wait at my bedroom door for me to come back and put her nightie on and tuck her in but goodness if I'm not fast enough getting back there she will come find me and hit me with her nose and run back to my door as if saying mommy come on its bed time lol. One other thing was we used to have little rugs in the kitchen in front of the stove, dishwasher, oven, and fridge and she tought those where pee pads (we kept one in front of the door) and would pee on them so we had to pick all of them up. I wish you the best of luck with your training.
