I have read in a few places that Yorkies are the hardest breed (or one of the) to potty train. When I was having issues getting Joey to quit pooping in the house, someone on here told me that he's probably so distracted outside playing that he forgets to poop, then when he gets back inside, he probably remembered a little too late to let me know. After taking him out twice for a week or two, he got it, and he always poops in the morning now. I think the stress of being in a new home with new people is probably making a difference too. I would say to just be patient for the next couple weeks to see if she settles down and quits peeing in the house. Good luck to you!
