We don't have a CVS around here so I can't say since I'm not familiar with their deals
Lately Wags. has had a bunch of sales where you get the full amount back in Register Rewards with are basically like cash on your next order. All month long they'd had the new Vaseline lotion, dental floss, Gillette Fusion Razors, Halls cough drops, chapstick, and a couple other items that were like Free after RR. If you know how to divide up the transactions correctly after paying for the items the first time, every time after that its free from using RR's I got on the previous order. My cashiers at Wags don't mind doing multiple transactions are really coupon friendly. I've heard from other online couponers that their Wags aren't as nice. Wags doesn't use a card system so you can do the deals as many times as you want during the week.
