So he stopped doing that. So I took him out of his crate to give him some water and he didn't drink any. Instead he pee peed right there. So okay I put him back in his cage and he is acting like he is having a hard time sleeping. So I leave out the room to call the emergency Vet and she said check his gums. So I go back in there and he pooed in his cage. It was loose and a lot. I was like what is wrong with him? I am wondering if he ate too much because his stomach was kinda fat? Or does it have anything to do with his bronchitis? Can anyone please help?
It sounds very familiar, unfortunately I would say that your puppy got Kennel Cough and therefore you VET should give him some Antibiotics if even necessary steroids. Additionally to this you can give your puppy Children cough supresents.
In my case I had to use first Cough Sirup with antibiotics and at the second visit to the VET he got a steroid injection which seem to help him a lot :-) He is coughing far less and had a good sleep during the night. Further I also had to get ear drops since this Kennel cough caused him also a Ear Infection....not sure if it was something to do with mites? Anyway be very carefull and watch out that he eats and drinks ok. Is he still very active?
