There are many dog behaviorists who say dogs do not spite. It may be separation anxiety or just some confusion. Dogs in the wild pee where they want to pee. It's a dog thing. She may just not understand right now.
i thought this too, she might be peeing out of excitement or out of submission to you when you come home...or she might have separation anxiety that makes her pee when she finally sees you again. seek a professional trainer or vet's advise
