is it dr broome as he does them in tustin and los angeles - he works out of two facilities -- is it from the link i sent below for his facility ? He is who i was referred to as well -- I was only aware that he is the only one in california that can do these so not sure who else you would have been referred to for 500 but i would only trust him as he is suppose to be the best so sounds like the price has not changed in 2 years which is good
