Well, it could be that they can't get it from their supplier, but who knows.

Both EN and HA contain medium chain triglycerides which is a form of fat that is more easily digested. So it isn't always the percent of fat that counts. Sometimes it is the source. EN does contain animal fat which isn't very specific. It could be beef, lamb, pork, or one other one that I forget now. Mabye goat. Innova may not have the same qualities.

Science Diet out out because of the by-products, right?
