Omg that's sooooo sad I hope he is getting better ! but there should be a law and if you own a BIG dog and it attack someone are someone small dog the owner of the big dog should be fined and have to pay all doctor bill's and pain and suffering ! All throw that do fix what the big dog did but if there was a law it might slow down on some of the attacks that's been happen and if the dog attacks two times it should gets put down and the owner has to pay a fine of ten thousand dollars
