yes thats right microchiping will be compulsary which is great, well i think if someones dog gets out or hurts something then they can catch them out, but otherwise i not sure how they will know, it all sounds great
unless they work with the vets, people getting new babies then taking it to the vet for injections , then the vet might register the dog ,, just a thought. wat do u think?
