have you tried adding fish oil to her diet? I use ark naturals royal coat express. Its used for lots of other things too like dry itchy skin etc, but it also makes the coat shiny. You may also be bathing your pup too much, drying her coat out. I dont bath my dogs very often, usually only when they absoutly need it. I do spray them down with some water and brush them daily. I do know some on here bath often that could give you some advice about what shampoos to use.
