I'm sorry you haven't gotten help before now. I have had females delay in getting placentas out. They are supposed to be able to absorb it... but usually get an infection of the Uterus.. Is she draining good? Pyometra is a scare if she quits draining. Be sure to take her temp morning and evening. Pyometra is a very dangerous infection of the Uterus.
As far as Mastitis, I've not had to deal with that, but you're Clavamox should take care of it. I would have my Vet give her an injection of antibiotic to get ahead of things, and continue with the Clavamox.
I have a paste like stuff that my Vet gave me to bring in milk.. However, It's in a container with no name on it. I can call her tomorrow and find out what it is. It works great! Until then, how about a warm moist wash cloth on her belly.
Keep watching for the end of a cord to try to get the placenta out.. That will help her.
Sounds like you're in for "one of those" litters.. that drive you crazy!
Feel free to call me at any time, if you have any questions.. 660-686-3330
