I would feel her in the evening and take her out , after I will not let her drink too much water, u need to limit her intake after her last walk , and I would put her in her crate, I hope this works. Once she is finish training, u should leave the water out all the time, but if she gets up too early like 3:00 am , I would limited water after her last walk, until she hold it all night.
I would put a good thick blanket in with her in the crate, I have always use 2 blankets for the furbabies , I have 3 and they all have a least 2 each they will either sleep under them on on top of them and they go to sleep at 9
o pm until 7:00 am or 7:30 am, if I get up early they will get up with me at 6
o am, but I will send them back to bed right after they go out for a little while longer. Like u said she may be getting cold !! Hell I get up if I'm cold and go potty LOL !!!!!. And start the bell at least during the day and evening.
