P.S. If you mail order anything and have it shipped, you're looking at waiting about 8 weeks for anything. I ordered a book from Amazon 2 months ago and it took 8 weeks to get to me. Just a thought.

Oh, that's through regular USPS mail. I guess you could try FedEx or another carrier. But they are pricey. A 10lb box costs about $90 to ship.
