you also FEEL much better. You can breathe deeper and you have more energy and your food starts to taste different. Being a Type A personality, I had to trade my smoking habit for another one. I started running! :-) Let's face it, you can't take a 7 mile run and come back and smoke a cigarette when your done.

It kept me from gaining weight. I actually lost 8 lbs. when I quit smoking. Nonetheless, that's not for everyone. I also used string licorice. I'd tie it in knots...just kept tying and tying it cause I needed something to do with my hands. Best of luck and keep us posted!!!!!
