Default Congratulations!

Good for you! Some day you will have to quit...why not have it be today? I'm an ex-smoker and quitting smoking was the HARDEST thing I ever did! I wasn't just addicted, I LOVED to smoke. Looking at those words now....YUCK! Although some days I do miss having a ciggy, I can honestly say I don't miss how they made me feel. By day three, you should be starting to feel that although very edgy you also FEEL much better. You can breathe deeper and you have more energy and your food starts to taste different. Being a Type A personality, I had to trade my smoking habit for another one. I started running! :-) Let's face it, you can't take a 7 mile run and come back and smoke a cigarette when your done. It kept me from gaining weight. I actually lost 8 lbs. when I quit smoking. Nonetheless, that's not for everyone. I also used string licorice. I'd tie it in knots...just kept tying and tying it cause I needed something to do with my hands. Best of luck and keep us posted!!!!!
