Yeah I agree with this. I think it's hard to give a specific temperature, too many things factor in such as how much moisture is in the air, and if there's a breeze. Also, there is a good deal of variation between dogs. Joey gets cold easily, and he wears a sweater when AC is 74, but he can easily go outside in that temperature. I know I'd always have him wear something as it gets close to 60 degrees even if it was sunny. Yorkies don't have the double coat of hair like most breeds, and the double coat protects and insulates them in cool or hot weather. Joey's breeder said, "If you need a sweater, so does he."
