your post is confusing to me. what vaccines exactly did he get? just the distemper? the dewormer shouldn't have any negative effects on him.
with any vaccine the most common side effect is lethargy so you can expect him to be tired the rest of the day. also some get a sore spot at the injection site. these things should resolve by tomorrow. he just needs to sleep it off.
