I am going to meet her today and see where and how she lives and the yorkies that she has. I think then I could make a clearer decision. She really seems nice but people who try to steel do seem nice it is sad that it is so hard to trust someone. She said she would give me a check for the total amount and for me to hold it, but to me anyone can write a check and cancel it as well. She does just live 30 min from me so I think that is another good thing.
