I know....I felt sick when I opened this one. We had two others today that we had to turn away. One with a totally messed up mouth...only 2.5 pounds ... and another with knee issues. At least they are still with their owners...not standing at a post office with a sign on them.
Just never ends. I totally do not get how people don't take care of their pets.
