It was many years ago and I know there is not anything funny about this subject..but after repeating it to so many friends, it got to be joke on me. Friends would ask me to tell the " weirdo story"..which one...I have met so many in my years of breeding dogs? LOL
She wanted to see the sire and asked if she could hold him..sure, nothing wrong in that question. Could she buy the sire instead of the puppy? I have had that question asked dozens of times. Would the puppy get excited when she came into the room? again normal. Some people do not want one who gets excited and pees or jumps on them or visitors.
On and on, perfectly normal questions...then she asked if "her scent" would get him excited?"..HUH? Maybe I misunderstood her and I joked..Yes, if you smell like bacon! That is when I asked what she was actually looking for in a companion? BINGO, there was no doubt anymore... |
