Did he ever get a fecal done? This is a priority I think. How does his eyes look?
What is the presciption diet?
I have never heard of putting regular sugar in a puppies water...and I still don't see a purpose as you know about Nutri-cal...Nutri-cal does have something in it to make little ones want to eat.
