Good answer and just what I would have said too!
My vet said 6 months and 5 lbs for neuter and it worked out perfectly for Doodlebug and Pebbles. He didn't even charge for the tooth extractions because they were already under and it just was a few extra minutes to remove a few baby teeth.
As for the humping you should not allow this behavior at all. I agree with the previous posts about this as well. Please that all of this advice and run with it and make good use.
