I recently was given a morkiepoo (he is 75% biewer yorkie). He is Just at 4lbs and he is skin and bones!
The former owner had buzzed him because she couldnt deal with the matts he was getting so he looks a bit like a rat at the moment... but... you can see and feel his bones.
I know smaller yorkies arent blump but is this normal for his size. I feel like he needs fattened up. How should I do that?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
