Don't feel that bad..even those with lots of experience lose babies..and THAT is a fact. I can't take the "bashing" with this topic. No wonder people go to petstores to buy their puppies..and IF they want to "breed"(Heaven forbid!), they are chastised and given all the doom and gloom..but yet read all the HAPPY, PROUD stories from those that do breed! Why not EDUCATE the new breeder..not criticize?? The best breeders in MY opinion, are those that do not freak if a buyer says they want to breed..but mentors them. Many of long-lasting friendships have been made this very way.
