If somebody says Kanye said Blacks are better than Whites, then that person is making a statement that revolves around race. This person is calling Kanye a racist. I believe that if somebody calls somebody a racist, then he or she needs some facts to back that statement up.

I think we should not talk about Kanye making racist remarks anymore, because I do not think it is staying on the topic of this thread. JMO
